Charming host greeted us with Ginjinha. Breakfast area too small, leading to long waits.

beautiful views from the terrace, charming ambiance, genuine welcome with homemade Ginjinha
The room could benefit from renovations!!! Stronger WiFi would help guests stream videos comfortably!!! The breakfast area is too cramped for all guests, leading to long waits for tables!!!

Charming ambiance with helpful staff.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the shared areas was not up to standard. I noticed a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom that was quite off-putting. Additionally, the breakfast area was too small to accommodate all guests, leading to long waits for a table.

The reasons I’m conflicted
Charming host made our stay feel like home! Breakfast was excellent and the terrace views were phenomenal! Amazing proximity to local dining options.
Room could use some renovations and WiFi was inconsistent for streaming. Parking was a challenge, often requiring us to search far and wide.

Excellent proximity to the city wall makes it convenient for exploring. The welcoming hostess even offered a delightful glass of Ginjinha on the beautiful communal terrace, which was perfect for taking in the stunning views. The room was clean and featured a comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay.

What a charming little place! The rooms were beautifully decorated, and I had an incredibly comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right beside the town walls and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff was welcoming, particularly Vera, who served breakfast and went out of her way to make me feel at home. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a delicious start to my day.
The WiFi connection was a bit inconsistent at times, which made streaming a challenge.

Charming stay with a stunning terrace view
I had a lovely time at this traditional B&B, where I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered a delightful homemade ginjinha upon arrival. The terrace bar provided breathtaking views of the countryside, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. While the breakfast was simple, it met my expectations for a continental spread. My only wish was for a bit more variety, particularly some fresh fruit.

Our stay was lovely, especially enjoying the beautiful terrace at sunrise and the cozy charm of our room that really captured the essence of the area. Relaxing in the evening on the terrace while sipping a drink was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the nearby restaurants were a nice touch. Just a heads-up, the room had thin walls, so you might hear the occasional noise, but it didn’t really bother us. 🌅
